My approach to counseling is relaxed, relational and client-centered meaning my goal is to be non-directive—not passing judgment on your feelings, but helping guide you through and provide insight.
I utilize several therapy modalities including psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and, for couples, Gottman-informed.
I work from a holistic treatment approach, recognizing the needs and connection of the mind, body, and spirit. With my Christian faith background, I welcome the opportunity to integrate clients’ personal faith into treatment.
