Your relationships are important and no matter the challenges, knowing how to work through difficult issues, navigate boundaries, and reduce conflict are key.

For Couples - Gottman Method

The Gottman Method is an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of the couple’s relationship, and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory. The goals of Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship.

For Trauma - Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and negative life experiences. This therapy method uses rapid eye movements paired with guided imagery. ART sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long most people experience relief after the first session. 1-3 sessions of ART are typical for one incident. ART is often used to treat PTSD from childhood abuse (physical, emotional/verbal or sexual) and work exposure for emergency responders and medical professionals, as well as depression, anxiety, and phobias.
